Welcome to the Emergency Medicine/Critical Care Medicine Physician Survey.  

Thank you for your participation in the survey.  There have been many inquiries recently by various organizations (the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM), American Board of Surgery (ABS), and the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), among others) regarding exactly how many EM-CCM trained physicians exist, where they trained, what their practice entails, and other important questions.  Our goal is to provide accurate answers to these questions.

This survey and database will be used for several purposes:

1) To quantify the number of dual trained, EM-CCM physicians there are in the US

2)  To describe in what discipline of fellowships these physicians trained

3)  To investigate in what type of setting these dual-trained physicians are currently practicing

4) To chronicle the growth of the EM-CCM specialty over time

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes.

By proceeding I agree to have my survey answers stored in a secure database that will only be accessible by the Registry Administrator. This data will be kept confidential and no personal information will be released, sold, or made publically available.
